Véronique Martin-Place

I am a writer, a woman, a mother and a multi-expat. I offer you a professional and tailor-made support in your writing dealing with expatriation and life abroad.

How did I become a writer and an expat woman?

My personal and professional backgrounds are deeply interlocked because I am a multi expatriate accompanying spouse. I choose to help my husband in his international career without renouncing to my need to feel accomplished professionally. In order to maintain a good family balance and my own professional balance in a context of recurring change, I have decided to fully dedicate myself to what I am passionate about: writing. I hold a PhD in Political Science and academic writing taught me a lot. Then personal and more intimate writing have taken more and more space in my life, especially during my stays abroad (Norway, Sri Lanka, USA, China). In 2009, during our stay in the US, I took it to the next step and started to write professionally. Since then, I have been writing for many different publications. I published Finding Your Feet In Chicago in 2012 (Summertime Publishing). I also offer tailor-made writing services to individuals.

My strengths put at your service
